HOe verloopt een 1-op-1 coaching
1. Telefonische kennismaking
Heb je graag wat meer informatie over wat coaching voor jou of voor je kind/jongere kan betekenen? Dan kunnen we hierover telefonisch afstemmen. Wanneer we beiden een goed gevoel hebben om aan de slag te gaan, plannen we een intakegesprek.

2. Intakegesprek
Tijdens het intakegesprek gaan we dieper in op de zorgvragen van je kind/jongere of van jou en maken het samen ZO concreet en HELDER mogelijk. Voor een intakegesprek maak ik 1,5 uur de tijd.
90 euro
(Als we na het gesprek een traject opstarten, wordt dit bedrag van de totale prijs afgetrokken.)
3. Coachingstraject
Na het intakegesprek doe ik een trajectvoorstel zodat je vooraf weet hoeveel het zal kosten en of de frequentie haalbaar is.
Elk traject is anders en werk ik uit op maat.
Wanneer er sprake is van een kind- en jongerencoaching, starten we steeds met een kennismakingstraject. Dit traject bestaat uit een intakegesprek, 4 individuele coachingsessies met je kind en een onderonsje (een terugkoppeling met jou als ouder.)
Het is heel belangrijk om tijd en ruimte te maken voor het vertrouwen tussen mij en het kind/de jongere. Daarom zullen de eerste sessies vooral in het teken staan van kennismaking en verbondenheid.
In een traject zitten steeds de intakegesprekken, individuele sessies, onderonsjes, tussentijds contact en evaluaties inbegrepen.
Aan het einde van elk traject vindt er een feedbackgesprek (onderonsje) plaats waarin we het proces bespreken en een verder traject of extra sessies plannen.
4. Coachingsessie
Een sessie of coachingsgesprek duurt ongeveer 1 uur.
Deze zitten onder de vorm van een traject of kunnen steeds extra gepland worden tijdens of na een traject. via (LINK)
Wat de sessies inhouden is afhankelijk van de zorgvraag én wie een gesprek aanvraagt.
